OPRN 2021 Annual Conference
Prospect Development: An Ever-Evolving Environment
Thursday, April 29 & Friday, April 30, 2021
Virtual Event via Zoom
OPRN’s Conference 2021 will be held virtually! We would love to host this in person, but taking advantage of this virtual platform (business on the top, PJ’s on the bottom anyone?) allows us all to be safe while also providing a fantastic array of educational opportunities. In order to lessen Zoom fatigue (we get it!), we will be splitting our conference into two half days (Thursday afternoon and Friday morning).
Our conference features sessions on research and fundraising topics, diversity and inclusion, and a first hand glimpse from the eyes of a donor. Thursday afternoon’s keynote speaker, sponsored by CASE District V, features author, speaker, and donor, Lisa Greer. Lisa authored Philanthropy Revolution, the first book on philanthropy written from a donor’s perspective. She will be weaving in her story of instant wealth and philanthropy, as well as dozens of interviews with donors, nonprofit professionals and leading academics in the field. On Friday, research and fundraising expert Marianne Pelletier will host a workshop focusing on major gifts modeling.
We saved the best for last. This year’s conference will be FREE to attend, and the first 100 registrants will receive a complimentary copy of Lisa Greer’s book delivered to their home! We will even have giveaways, including an APRA membership and APRA 2021 Conference registration. Please join us for all of these amazing educational opportunities (PJ’s and snacks encouraged)!
