The OPRN Mentoring Program helps OPRN members advance their careers by pairing them in one-to-one relationships with other OPRN members who are willing to share their professional knowledge and expertise.
This program is open to all current OPRN members in good standing and can be especially helpful to those who have recently:
Joined the prospect development profession.
Moved to a new geographic area.
Changed positions and/or areas of focus.
Through the Mentorship Program, OPRN aspires to:
Provide value to all OPRN members in their professional development.
Promote collegial relationships between seasoned prospect development professionals and those with less experience.
Enhance the skills and abilities of both mentors and mentees through shared efforts and hands-on practice.
Develop a network for professional guidance that respects confidentiality and ethics.
Applications available under Mentoring Program. Next Deadline: January 31, 2025.
