Stock Insights: SEC and ADV filings with Amy Begg and Sanda Soltan of Harvard University

Amy and Sanda have both presented on SEC and ADV filings before with very helpful insights to those in the prospect development field. Join us on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 from 3pm to 4pm (EST) to learn and ask questions on this topic! Stocks seem to be a topic that we can never get enough information about so come join us to learn more!

Amy will focus on her section of a bootcamp that she has presented, which includes a focus on the DEF 14A and Forms 3, 4, and 5.  Amy’s presentation was recommended in our virtual roundtable on stock holdings, so we are excited to have her! Sanda recently did a presentation for NEDRA that included both SEC and ADV filings and people found it to be very helpful. This is the perfect combination for this topic! 

Amy is the Managing Director of Prospect Management at Harvard University. In 2016, she developed Harvard’s first prospect management team. Amy served on the NEDRA board for seven years and is a past NEDRA president. She has spoke at many NEDRA conferences, APRA conferences, and the CASE Annual Conference for Development Researchers. Amy is a 1997 graduate of Plymouth State University and a trustee for the University System of New Hampshire which includes all public colleges and universities in the state of New Hampshire.

Sanda is an assistant director of research at Harvard University, which she joined in 2018 as a research analyst. Sanda started her career in fundraising as a development associate at Boston Children’s Hospital. She holds a BA in Government and German Studies from Smith College and an MA in International Affairs from Boston University. She is currently working towards a Finance Certificate from the Harvard Extension School.
