Presentation: The Art of Connecting: How To Work A Room
Learn the best ways to approach networking events, "work the crowd," break through your uncertainty, begin relationships, and follow up on social media.
Speaker: Janet B. Cady is an executive partner with BWF, a consulting firm that offers strategic fundraising counsel and helps build strong advancement programs. Nationally known for her leadership in philanthropy for more than 30 years, Cady's expertise encompasses board development, major gifts, comprehensive campaigns, and coaching/mentoring for chief development officers and their staff. Her current clients include Children's Wisconsin Foundation, Boston Medical Center, Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Foundation, and Riley's Children's Foundation. She serves on the boards of Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital and the International Women's Forum Florida Suncoast.
The event will also include raffles for free membership as well as prizes! In addition, we will be joined by OPRN board officers to give a summary of this past year of OPRN and a look into the future of OPRN in 2024!
